Application

·For HARDUN series pusher type carburizing furnaces, we use charging trays to
   continuously push forward parts for carburizing, they are suitable for large batch parts 
   treament. 

Product  Feature

·For  HARDUN series pusher type carburizing furnaces, there is anti-carburizing composite
   furnace liners and no muffle, and they have front, middle and back three heating zones.

·Protection atmosphere can be inlet, fire curtain is mounted in the furnace mouth in case of

   parts oxidation during heating process. 

·Trays loaded with parts are conveyed into furnace one by one, after carburized, the parts

   will cool down in the back chamber, efficiency is high;

·Temperature and carbon potential are automatically controlled;

Carburizing  Theory

Definition:  In order to increase carbon content and carbon concentration gradient of steel surface, we put steel workpiece into carburizer for heating and holding, which makes carbon atom penetrate into surface layer, we call this chemical process “carburizing”.

Purpose： Carburizing helps to improve hardness of workpiece surface, wear resistance, contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue resistance.

Gas Carburizing:  It is carburizing process with gas carburizer, first, we put workpiece into HARDUN Series Gas Carburizing Furnace for heating, then we let in gas with carbon or organic liquid containing carbon, which produce active atom after decomposition under high temperature, finally, carbon atoms penetrate into workpiece surface.
