Application

· HARDUN series large pressure vessel annealing furnaces are mainly used for weld 
  annealing of pressure vessel.

 

Product   Feature

·   The linings of HARDUN series large pressure vessel annealing furnaces are made of

     high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks, which is stable and durable.

·  There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And

     foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use

     it .

·    For HARDUN series large pressure vessel annealing furnaces ,we use microcomputer

     cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up ã€heat

     retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the

     recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

 

Product   Option

·    As for the microcomputer temperature control system of large pressure vessel annealing

     furnaces , users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control

     instrument ã€on-line communication interface port ã€integrated and distributed control

     and etc.

·    HARDUN series large pressure vessel annealing furnaces can be powered by

     electricityã€gas or oil.　

·    The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

·    Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
