Application
· HARDUN series car-type entire fiber furnaces are mainly used for hardening、annealing
    and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings 、die steels、rolls、steel
    balls、breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for
    heat treatment for large mechanical parts.

Product  Feature
· Heating elements are made of high temperature electric-resistant alloy which is belt 
   shaped or spiral-shaped , and they are respectively fixed on bricks on sides ,door, back
   and pallet of the furnace with high aluminum ceramic nails , which ensure safety and
   neatness.
·There is pressure and high temperature resistant cast steel bottom plate on the pallet, in
   case of dropping of oxide scale around heating elements , the bottom plate and furnace
   body are connected in inserted mode, usually, you ‘d better clean pallet bottom plate with
   compressed air once a week, which can prevent  short circuit caused by oxide scale of
   workpieces.
·We use microcomputer program control cabinet to control and record working
   temperature. it can perform functions such as heating up 、heat retaining and cutting off
   electricity automatically according to process requirements ,the recorder can record data
   and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

· As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car entire fiber furnaces, users
    can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument 、on-line 
    communication interface port 、integrated and distributed control and etc.
· HARDUN series car entire fiber furnaces can be powered by electricity、gas or oil.　
· Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
