Application · HARDUN series pit vacuum gas nitriding furnaces can be used for gas nitriding heat treatment for various steel parts, car spares, motorbike brake disc, mould and etc. · It helps to increase nitrogen content of workpiece surface and improve surface hardness, wear-resistance, anti-fatigue ability and anti-gelatining performance. · The lining of HARDUN series pit vacuum gas nitriding furnaces are made of high quality and energy saving composite material. The cover is made of fiber, it is a double water-cooled cover and it works with high efficiency, and it possesses good leak-proof ability. · Temperature of heating area is controlled by even voltage. This product possesses characteristics of even temperatureã€high carburizing speed . · The stainless vacuum pot can be used for a long time. · There is microcomputer temperature control system to control technology craft automatically.
