· The linings of HARDUN series aluminum alloy heat treating furnaces are made of high
    temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high
    temperature resistance alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable.
· There are impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And
    foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .
·  For HARDUN series aluminum alloy heat treating furnaces ,we use microcomputer
    cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up, heat
    retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the
    recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

Product  Option

· As for the microcomputer temperature control system of aluminum alloy heat treating 
 furnace, users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument, 
 on-line communication interface port, integrated and distributed control and etc.

·  HARDUN series aluminum alloy heat treatment furnaces can be powered by electricity, 
 gas or oil.　

· The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

· Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
