      steel、non-oxidize copper and metal ceramic fittings, and also for welding、encapsulation

      and sintering of thin and thick film circuit with hydrogen , nitrogen or their mixture.

·  The lining of HARDUN series nitrogen atmosphere sintering furnaces are made of high quality

      and energy saving composite material. The cover is made of fiber, it is a double water-cooled

      cover and it works with high efficiency , and it possesses good leak-proof ability.

·  Temperature of heating area is controlled by even voltage. This product possesses

     characteristics of even temperature、high carburizing speed .

·  The stainless vacuum pot can be used for a long time.

·  There is microcomputer temperature control system to control technology craft automatically.
