·   HARDUN series pit vacuum gas carburizing furnaces are mainly used for various heat

      treatment such as carburizing,   hardening, tempering and annealing for metal parts, bearing,

      long shaft under ammonia atmosphere.

·  There is a sealing fan to increase furnace pressure and temperature uniformity.

·  The carbon atmosphere is even, carburizing speed is high, and carburizing layer is well

·  With novel design of muffle pot, the uniformity of carbon potential and furnace temperature is

· We adopt microcomputer to control temperature craft, it is very accurate.

·  Users can choose ordinary or automatic carbon potential control instrument .

·  As for temperature control unit, users can choose home made or imported ones.

·  Users can choose quick cooling system with air.

·  According to customer's requirements, the furnace and hardening oil tank、water tank、

   retarded cooling pot、tempering furnace can make up a production line .
