Product characteristics 

l           For 650℃ medium temperature vacuum annealing furnaces, they control temperature at the top、 middle and bottom, so the temperature is well distributed. There is an electric recording meter in auto control cabinet to measure furnace temperature. The gate of furnace gall is sealed by rubber ring and there is a water box circulating system.  

l          The designation of furnace heart is novel. It is made of Ni80Cr20 resistance in the shape of “M” to replace the traditional resistance of Fe-Cr-Al, the directional radiant is strengthened and it saves energy. This resistance won’t broken down in three years.
