Application

l          The vacuum pipes (quartz heating furnaces) are economy energy periodical vacuum furnaces, they are mainly used for vacuum heating、vacuum sintering and sintering of nanometer materials in metallurgical industry、mineral industry、college and university and research institute.

Product characteristics

l      Shells of HARDUN series vacuum pipe resistance furnaces are made of steel plate, the hearths are made of high aluminum refractory and between the lining and furnace shell there are aluminum silicate fiber and super light heat preservation bricks. 

l      The resistance is made of spiral high alloy resistance 0Cr25Al5 and is placed around furnace hearth.

l      There are four pulleys at bottom of furnace body and they may do axial movement on track of vacuum pipe resistance furnace.

l          There are stainless vacuum pipe in furnace hearth. Vaccumize from the front and inlet or draught nitrogen from the back.
