Application

l          They are mainly used in non-ferrous industry, and mainly for bright annealing of copper tube、copper plate、copper wire and copper bar. There is no oxidation and the softening is even after annealing. They are new products origin from imported products and replace imported ones.

Product characteristics

l          The shell is weld by steel plate and section steel, the lining is made of 0.6g/cm3 super light economy energy and fire-brick, and there is aluminum silicate fiber at the back of lining, so it heat up quickly and has good heat preservation ability. In the cleft, there is heat preservation powder. The furnace gall is made of 1Cr18Ni9Ti stainless steel or carbon steel plate. It is both sides welded and it tests by X-ray. The cover is inner water-cooled heat preservation cover, the gall and cover is sealed by water-cooled vacuum rubber rings or asbestos wire, and the gall and furnace body is sealed by sand. There are nitrogen inlet pipe、out-let pipe、pressure meter 、vacuum draught pipe. There is a 2X cyclone vacuum pump, temperature of bright annealing furnace is controlled by temperature cabinet. For furnaces of 35KW, its temperature is controlled by one area; for 75KW and 90KW, it is controlled by two areas; and three areas for 150KW.
