· Shells of HARDUN series tiling aluminum melting furnaces are welded with section

     steel and steel plate, and furnace lining is made of refractory bricks, the gap between bricks

     and furnace shell is filled with heat preservation materials.

· Heat elements are placed on bricks in the furnace hearth, the crucible is installed in center of

     furnace body, and on the top of furnace, there are two rotary semi-circular furnace

     covers.There are two thermocouples, one is inserted into the crucible and the other into

     furnace hearth.

·There is worm-gear speed reducer installed on the holder of furnace , by operating hand

     wheel , furnace body can be tilted between 0-90°.
