Application

· HARDUN series crucible electric resistance melting furnaces are mainly used for melting or

     smelting low melting point non-ferrous metal and alloy like aluminum, zinc, lead, tin, cadmium

     and etc. It  is usually compatible with die casting machine. 

Product   Feature

· Shells of  HARDUN series crucible electric resistance melting furnaces are welded with steel

     plate and section steel, and furnace lining is made of super-light energy-saving refractory

     bricks.

·There is aluminum silicate blanket between furnace shell and lining, and the gap between

     furnace shell and blanket is filled with expansion heat preservation powder. The heating

     elements are high electric-resistance alloy wires(OCr25Al5), which are spiral-shaped and laid

     in the bricks around the furnace hearth. On the furnace top, there are two rotary semi-circular

     furnace covers. The thermocouple is inserted into furnace from side hearth. Temperature of

     crucible electric resistance melting furnaces is controlled by temperature cabinet

     automatically..
