·  HARDUN series pit aluminum alloy ageing furnaces are mainly used for ageing heat treatment of aluminum alloy fittings such as aluminum alloy

      die castings, aluminum sections and pistons at high temperature.

Product  Feature

·  Cylinderical cases of HARDUN series pit aluminum alloy ageing furnaces are made of steel plate and section steel. The inner furnace cover is made of stainless steel, the furnace lining is made of super-light refractory bricks. Between furnace lining and case there is fiber blanket for heat preservation, and the clearance is filled with heat preservation powder. It is typical energy saving furnace lining and can save electricity by 30%-40%.

·   Resistance alloy wire (OCr25A15) is spiral wound and laid in bricks around furnace hearth. There is a stainless steel charging basket in furnace hearth. Its cover moves by hand, there is motor for elevating for large cover. There is a blast circulation bower made of heat resistant and stainless shaft and fans to insure uniformity heating when ageing alloy. There is a limit switch near the elevator to insure safety of operators. This switch interlocks with temperature control cabinet. The power is on when close furnace cover; it cut off the power while open the cover, and the power of heat component is cut off at the same time. There is auto temperature control cabinet and thermocouple with pit aluminum alloy ageing furnaces.

炉盖采用手动扛杆升降，大型炉盖采用电动变速机升降。为了使工件均匀加热，在炉盖上安装有耐热不锈钢轴和风叶制成的热风循环风机，工件在加热过程中，热空气在铝合金时效炉内上下高速循环以保证工件均匀加热。为保证操作安全在升降机构附近装有限位开关，此开关与铝合金时效炉控制柜电源联锁，炉盖关闭时（工作时）接通电源。当炉盖开启时限位开关即切断控制电源，因此加热元件的电源同时切断，以保证安全操作。井式铝合金时效炉出厂时配套自动控温柜，热电偶。
