·HARDUN series ultra- high temperature car furnace (0～1700℃) are cyclic working 
    ones, they can be used for metal or alloy smelting , ceramics、high molecular
    materials 、new materials sintering and etc.

Product     Feature
·The linings of ultra- high temperature car furnace (0～1700℃) are made of high 
    quality、high temperature resistant fibers and refractory bricks or alundum hearth and 
    line plate or ceramic fiber . which is energy-saving and durable. The temperature is 
    uniform .
·There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door. And 
    foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can 
    use it .
·We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such 
    as heating up 、heat –retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to 
    process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature 
    exceeds normal value.

· As for the microcomputer temperature control system of ultra- high temperature car 
    furnace (0～1700℃),users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control 
    instrument 、on-line communication interface port 、integrated and distributed control 
    and etc.
·The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.
·Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order ,the furnace power ranges from 30kw to 
    800kw.
