·     HARDUN series car zinc alloy ageing furnace are mainly used in tempering and ageing procedure under low temperature for aluminum alloy and other alloys, they can also be used for tempering and ageing of high chromium or high manganese steel castings 、die steels、rolls、steel balls、breaking hammers and wear-resisting line-plates, they also can be used for heat treatment for other large mechanical parts.

·      Ageing treatment: The definition of ageing treatment is as follows: after solution treatment , cold plastic deformation, casting or forging, the performance, shape and dimensions of alloy workpieces can be improved.  The manual ageing treatment is operation that heats the workpieces to a high temperature and carry out ageing treatment in a short time.The aim of ageing treatment is to relieve internal stress , stabilize structure and improve mechanical performance. To carry out manual ageing treatment, the time for heating up and holding must be strictly controlled, only by which ,can we get good strengthening effect.

·      For the time of zinc alloy ageing treatment ,  it varies according to the operation temperature. Usually, under 80℃, it takes about 3 hours.

 Product   Feature

·     The linings of HARDUN series car zinc alloy ageing furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires or silicon carbide materials, which is stable and durable.

·   There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .

·      For HARDUN series car zinc alloy ageing furnace ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up 、heat –retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

·      As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car zinc alloy ageing furnace, users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument 、on-line communication interface port 、integrated and distributed control and etc.

·     HARDUN series car zinc alloy ageing furnace can be powered by electricity、gas or oil.　

·     The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

·     Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order.
