Application · HARDUN series car-type quenching & tempering furnace(0～650℃)are mainly used for high temperature tempering process of high chromium ,die steel and other special steels.They also can be used for tempering and ageing of high manganese cast steel products ã€steel ballsã€breaking hammersã€rollã€wear-resisting materials and heat treatment for other mechanical parts. · Quenching-and–tempering : quenching-and –tempering is the process of hardening after high temperature tempering.The temperature of tempering is 500- 650℃. quenching- and– tempering can greatly improve overall performance of steel like strength, plasticity and toughness. · Quenching-and–tempering are usually carried out on medium structure steel (low alloy) and low alloy cast steel. In one word, all parts demanding good mechanical property needs quenching-and –tempering treatment.
· The linings of HARDUN series car-type quenching & tempering furnace(0～650℃) are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires or silicon carbide materials, which is stable and durable. · There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it . · For HARDUN series car-type quenching & tempering furnace(0～650℃) ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up ã€heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.
Product Option · As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car-type quenching & tempering furnace(0～650℃), users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument ã€on-line communication interface port ã€integrated and distributed control and etc. · HARDUN series car-type quenching & tempering furnace(0～650℃)can be powered by electricityã€gas or oil.　 · The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type. · Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
