Application

·  HARDUN series medium temperature car furnace(0～950℃) can be used for annealing or

    spheroidal annealing of die steel、tool steel、alloy steel 、various special steel casting

    and forgings.

·  It also can be used for ageing and stress-relief annealing of large steel weldment and

    pressure container.

·  They are used for annealing 、normalization、hardening and tempering of roll、high

    manganese line-plates and grinding ball, they also can be used for heat treatment of

    special rolled steel and forgings.

Product  Feature

·  The linings of HARDUN series medium temperature car furnace(0～950℃)are made of

    high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high

    temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable.

·  We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as

    heating up 、heat –retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to

    process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature

    exceeds normal value.

Product  Option

·  As for the microcomputer temperature control system of medium temperature car furnace

    (0～950℃) ,users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control

    instrument 、on-line communication interface port 、integrated and distributed control

    and etc.

·  HARDUN series medium temperature car furnace(0～950℃) can be powered by

    electricity、gas or oil.　

· The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

· Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
