Application

· HARDUN series low temperature car furnaces(0～650℃) are mainly used for

    quenching and tempering for high chromium steel, die steel and other special steel. They

    are also designed to handle a variety of mechanical parts like high manganese steel

    castings, steel balls, hammers of crushing machine, rolls, wear-resistant iron or

    chromium materials.

Product   Feature 

·The linings of low temperature car furnaces(0～650℃) are made of high temperature

   resistant fibers and light refractory bricks, which is energy-saving and durable. Heating

   elements are high temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires. The temperature

   is uniform .

·There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door. And

   foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can

   use  it .

·We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as

   heating up 、heat retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to

   process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the

   temperature exceeds normal value.

Product   Option

·As for the microcomputer temperature control system of low temperature car furnaces

  (0～650℃) ,users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument,

   on-line communication interface port 、integrated and distributed control and etc.

·HARDUN series low temperature car furnaces(0～650℃) can be powered by electricity,

   gas or oil.　

·The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

·Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order.
