Application

· HARDUN series car-type roll annealing furnaces are periodic ones. They are mainly used

    for hardening, annealing and ageing for various mechanical parts including high

    chromium steel, die steel, roll, steel balls, hammers of crushing machine, wear

    resistant line-plate and etc.

Product   Feature

· The linings of car-type roll annealing furnaces are made of high temperature resistant

    fibers and light refractory bricks, which is energy-saving and durable.

· There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal car and furnace door. And

    foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .

· We use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature, it can perform functions such as

    heating up, holding and cutting off electricity automatically according to process

    requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds

    normal value.

Product   Option

· As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car-type roll annealing furnaces,

    users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument ,

    paperless recorder, on-line communication interface port, integrated and distributed

    control and etc.

· The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

· HARDUN series car roll annealing furnaces can be powered by electricity, gas or oil.　

· For HARDUN series car-type roll annealing furnaces, users can choose air exhaust

    system, which consist of air pathway and a fan with variable-frequency motor. When

    naturally cooling rate of workload in the furnace is too slow, we can start the fan to

    discharge hot air, and thus accelerate cooling speed.

· Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order.
