Application 

 Â·  HARDUN series car forging furnace are mainly used to heat steel ingot (billet steel)
   before forging and forged product during normalization and tempering.

 

Product  Feature  

 Â·    The linings of HARDUN series car forging furnace are made of high temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks, which is stable and durable.

 Â·   There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use it .

 Â·    For HARDUN series car forging furnace ,we use microcomputer cabinet to control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up ã€heat –retaining and cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

 

Product  Option

 Â·    As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car forging furnace, users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control instrument ã€on-line communication interface port ã€integrated and distributed control and etc.

 Â·    HARDUN series car forging furnace can be powered by electricityã€gas or oil.　

 Â·    The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

 Â·    Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
