·  The linings of HARDUN series car tempering furnace (0～650℃)are made of high

     temperature resistant fibers and light refractory bricks. Heating elements are high

     temperature electric resistant alloy strips or wires, which is stable and durable.

·   There is impact-proof bricks which automatically seal pallet and furnace door .And

     foundation installation isn’t needed, you just place it on the floor and then you can use

     it .

·    For HARDUN series car tempering furnace (0～650℃),we use microcomputer cabinet to

     control temperature ,it can perform functions such as heating up 、heat –retaining and

     cutting off electricity automatically according to process requirements, the recorder can

     record data and alarm when the temperature exceeds normal value.

·  As for the microcomputer temperature control system of car tempering furnace(0～

   650℃), users can equip it with homemade or imported temperature control

    instrument、on-line communication interface port 、integrated and distributed

    control and etc.

·  HARDUN series car tempering furnace(0～650℃) can be powered by electricity、gas or

    oil.　

·  The furnace lining can be full fiber type or composite type.

·  Custom sizes and shapes can be made to order .
