·  HARDUN series ion nitriding vacuum furnaces consist of six parts: Furnace body, power input

     system, vacuum pumping unit, power supply system, air supply system, temperature

     measure equipment.

·  For furnace body of HARDUN series ion nitriding vacuum furnace,  we carry out ageing

     treatment after welding to relieve stress, so that sealing faceplate will not become deformed

     and ensure vacuum and sealed for a long time.

· There is special circuit design, even if short circuit occurs between cathode electrode and

     anodic electrode, there is automatic protection, parts in the furnace will never be damaged.

· We adopt curing circuit, its line layout is simple, which greatly improve stability.

· We use PID for temperature control, which ensures high control precision and lessen variation

     of electrical parameters.

· HARDUN series ion nitriding furnaces are energy saving, gas saving, high efficient and

     environment friendly.
