·HARDUN series box type resistance carburizing furnaces are batch type, heating
   elements are molybdenum silicon rods.

Carburizing  Theory

Definition:  In order to increase carbon content and carbon concentration gradient of steel surface, we put steel workpiece into carburizer for heating and holding, which makes carbon atom penetrate into surface layer, we call this chemical process “carburizing”.

Purpose： Carburizing helps to improve hardness of workpiece surface, wear resistance, contact fatigue strength and bending fatigue resistance.

Gas Carburizing:  It is carburizing process with gas carburizer, first, we put workpiece into HARDUN Series Gas Carburizing Furnace for heating, then we let in gas with carbon or organic liquid containing carbon, which produce active atom after decomposition under high temperature, finally, carbon atoms penetrate into workpiece surface
