l          There is a special circulating system with large flow capacity, and then furnace temperature is well distributed.

l          The special designed structure of furnace cover efficiently decreases labor strength.

l          There is new PID diagram to control temperature with high precision.

l          There are electric interlock and temperature exceeding warming instruments and the operation is safe and reliable.

l          The precision of temperature control instrument of micro-computer could be 0.1～0.2 grand, with special furnace body structure, it can meet the precision requirements(±1.5℃) of air mark.

l          Forvacuum the furnace before heating, then inlet protection gas to insure brightness of work pieces.

l          There is hot-blast circulating instrument in furnace, and then the temperature is well distributed and is stable.

l          The furnace pot is made of materials that are imported abroad, it is reliable and durable.

l          There is air inlet mouth on furnace cover to inlet methanol dissociation gas.
